About Eliot …
In the journey toward healing and self-discovery, finding a therapist who truly understands your experiences is key. As a therapist and part of the trans, queer, ethnic minority, multicultural, immigrant, trauma survivor, and (dis)ability communities, I'm dedicated to honoring all that makes you who you are. The uniqueness of your journey, recognition of your experiences, and collaboration will be at the core of our work.
I offer support with different life challenges. My specialties include healing from trauma (including complex, intergenerational, childhood, emotional, physical, sexual, and societal), internalized stigma/racism/transphobia/etc., shame, and negatives beliefs about ourselves.
Based on your goals, we will develop an integrative approach that might include multiple evidence-based and cutting-edge modalities to support your whole self. (If you're interested in specifics, I offer anti-oppressive, compassion-focused, DBT, CBT, ACT, EMDR, Mindfulness, Somatic, IFS, Psychodynamic, Ketamine-Assisted, and Harm-Reduction therapies).

I believe true healing comes from being heard, looking at ourselves with kinder eyes, and having the right tools to navigate (seemingly endless) life challenges. Give yourself the care you deserve and send me a message for a free 20-minute consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.
