About Paul …
Feelings of safety and belonging are basics human needs. At times, you may encounter obstacles that make the world feel unsafe and unwelcoming. You may find yourself in circumstances that make you feel bad. In such situations, therapy can be a great way to help you feel better. I join with you in pursuing your individual goals, and support you in healing and growing.
Choosing a new therapist can feel confusing and scary. I recognize the effort it takes to make the decision to meet with a new therapist, especially if you’ve never been to therapy. To me, vulnerability is a delicate gift, and I am committed to treating all clients with respect and care. My practice is open to all individuals who seek help and want to feel better, regardless of your role in life, upbringing, or relationship with your identities.
I also recognize that individuals may have multiple identities and roles, which may lead them to expect that therapists can only work with or understand a part of themselves. My goal is to create an environment where clients can bring all their parts into therapy.
