About Rori …
Are you feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Do you long to reconnect with your authentic self, clarify your values, and step into your strength? I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore your goals and rediscover your power – even in the face of an overwhelming and unjust world.
I work with individuals navigating a range of concerns, including queer and trans issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, PnP/chemsex, relationships, attachment, disability, and neurodivergence. I take an intersectional approach, recognizing how oppression and stigma shape mental health. While many of these forces are beyond your control, I believe in cultivating resilience and agency to foster meaningful change.
My style is warm, patient, and collaborative. I know healing looks different for everyone, and I tailor our work to fit your unique needs and goals. You are the expert in your experience – I’m here to offer tools and insights to guide your path toward empowerment, self-acceptance, and healing.
I draw from modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices. I embrace harm reduction, recognizing that healing isn’t always linear – and that every step forward, no matter how small, is worth honoring.
