About Rori …

I will meet you with warmth, patience, and non-judgment as you explore your healing goals. My hope is to walk alongside you, helping you weather life’s storms — even in the face of an overwhelming and unjust world.

I work well with clients who are open-minded, curious about their inner lives, and motivated to explore how emotions show up in their bodies. You are the expert in your experience, and I’m here to offer tools, insights, and support to guide your path toward empowerment, self-acceptance, and growth.

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating LGBTQIA2S+ identity, stress, anxiety, trauma depression, substance use/addiction, relationships, disability, and neurodivergence. My approach is intersectional, recognizing how oppression and stigma impact mental health.

My clinical style is warm, relational, trauma-informed, attachment-based, and grounded in Rogerian principles of authenticity and empathy. I often use humor genuinely, believing that it fosters connection and lightness in the healing process. My practice integrates Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, somatics, and parts work and CBT. I am a Somatic EMDR (SEMDR) practitioner and use this approach to address complex trauma and PTSD. I embrace harm reduction, recognizing that healing isn’t always linear and that every step forward matters.
